MLC Expand has successfully completed the migration of Grow Wrap, PortfolioOne and Voyage products onto its platform, marking another significant milestone in the simplification of its business and the continued delivery of a more streamlined experience for advisers and their clients.

The migration, completed this month, transitioned more than 18,000 clients onto MLC Expand and is expected to deliver around $4.3 million in annual fee savings for clients. It follows the successful migrations of MLC Wrap in 2024 and MasterKey Investment Service in 2025, reflecting MLC Expand’s proven capability to deliver complex, large-scale transitions with minimal disruption.

Bringing these products onto a single, contemporary platform gives more advisers access to MLC Expand’s technology and service model, backed by a service philosophy consistently recognised as among the best in market.

The added scale reinforces MLC Expand’s position as one of Australia’s largest super and retirement platforms, giving more advisers access to a platform built by advisers, for advisers.

MLC Expand, General Manager – Product Management, Irene Worrell, said the successful delivery reflected the platform’s focus on simplification and service. “Completing the transition of Grow Wrap, PortfolioOne and Voyage is another important step in simplifying our business and bringing more advisers and their clients onto a platform built around the way advisers work.

“Importantly, simplification delivers real value. This migration alone is expected to save clients around $4.3 million in fees each year, which is money that stays invested and working for them.

“Alongside delivery, service is what sets a platform apart. Advisers tell us that responsive, highquality service is what they value most, and that’s where we continue to focus as more advisers and clients join the platform.”

Ms Worrell also said the platform’s in-house development capability allowed MLC Expand to keep advancing at pace.

“Because we build and enhance the platform in-house, we can continue delivering the functionality, service and support advisers need to operate efficiently, so in turn, they can spend more time with their clients. It is a service experience that extends beyond technology and is strengthened by our scale.”

“The migration further simplifies our wrap products and operations while reducing complexity for advisers and unlocking scale benefits and delivering better outcomes for them and their clients.”
