Perennial Partners welcomes 4D Infrastructure to its stable

Perennial Partners (Perennial) and 4D Infrastructure Pty Ltd (4D) are pleased to announce that they have entered into binding agreements which will see 4D become part of Perennial Partners’ house of specialist investment teams. 4D will continue as the appointed manager of the 4D Global Infrastructure Fund (AUD Hedged and Unhedged versions), a global investment fund that invests in listed infrastructure companies across all four corners of the globe.

As part of this agreement, Perennial will become a shareholder in 4D. Chief Investment Officer, Sarah Shaw will continue to lead the business and all members of the investment team will retain their existing positions and roles in the management of the 4D funds.

The 4D Global Infrastructure Fund aims to identify quality listed global infrastructure securities that are trading below fair value and have sustainable, growing earnings and dividends. The (Unhedged) Fund was launched on 7 March 2016 and since inception, has generated an annualised return after fees and expenses of 9.81%, versus a benchmark return of 8.53%[1] over the same period. The Hedged version was established on 1 August 2022 and has generated an annualised return after fees and expenses of 7.55%, versus a benchmark return of 9.08[2] over the same period.
