It’s imperative these days that only advice from a competent and appropriately licensed advisor should be provided to SMSF Trustees considering the use of an LRBA including its suitability and responsiveness to meet the objectives of their members and the circumstances of the fund. Suffice to say, knowledge of the LRBA best practice guidelines is not a substitute for experience yet obtaining it requires time, patience and a commitment to develop professionally.
