Gemma is a Telstra Business Women’s Award winner, entrepreneur, business owner, broadcaster, company director, journalist and mentor. Starting out, Gemma was told she’d never make it in TV news. 10 years after that conversation, she walked away from a multi award winning and high profile media career to start her own corporate PR consultancy with nothing more than a vision, a mobile and contact book. Fast forward another decade and Gemma was named WA’s top female business owner of 2014.
