The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and the Beddoes Institute are excited to announce the launch of the Consumer Choice Awards which is underpinned by the Beddoes Institute’s Policyholder Perceptions Study and Claimant Journey Study.

The Consumer Choice Awards will assist advisers and their clients as they choose life, trauma, total permanent disability (TPD), and income protection insurers and policies.

The Policyholder Awards recognise outstanding customer service as well as the value (other than protection) that personal life insurance provides such as education, health and wellness programs, communication and other consumer engagement initiatives.

The Claimant Awards recognise outstanding service of claimants of Income Protection, Trauma and TPD insurance during 2016 including claims processing, support and holistic care.
