ANZIIF is pleased to announce a new event on the 2017 calendar – Rising Stars in Insurance.

Guided by industry leaders, all at varying stages of their careers, this interactive seminar will provide young insurance professionals with the practical skills and knowledge required to achieve successful careers and become industry leaders themselves.

Led by industry experts, the open dialogue style seminar will focus on:

  • career ownership
  • developing strong interpersonal skills
  • leadership
  • networking
  • resilience and managing change
  • identifying opportunities.

Facilitated by Margot Andersen, owner and principal consultant of talentinsight Australia, attendees will also participate in a career audit aimed at creating career objectives and a pathway for achieving these goals.

Sharing some of the latest findings from the Future Work Skills 2020 report, relevant industry trends and leadership demands, this workshop is designed to help you build confidence, clarity and purpose in order to forge a successful career.
