The Ballarat Committee invites you to join in with your friends, colleague and clients at the FPA Ballarat Chapter Golf Day on Friday, 11 March 2016 at The Ballarat Golf Club.

The format of the day will be four team ambrose.  Each team will consist of one (1) planner, two (2) guests/clients and a one (1) BDM sponsor (to be allocated by the chapter committee).

Planners must book a team of three (3) using the below booking form. The fourth player on the form will be a BDM sponsor, which will be allocated by the chapter committee.

9.15am Arrival/Registration
9.30am Shot Gun Start, Commence Golf (18 holes)
2.15pm Networking Drinks and Canapés
2.45pm Presentations
3:15pm Close

After the game, canapés will be served for those who wish to stay and mingle with fellow golfers from the day, followed by the presentations!
