Session 1: Leadership and Confidence – Wednesday 28 June

In this session, Marion Burchell, Managing Director, Azolla Holdings, will deliver a 2 hour workshop focused on building confidence in women and inspire them to move into leadership roles. This session will focus on:

• Leadership and confidence challenges across your career – from graduate, maternity leave and over 55
• tools to activate confidence
• How we hold ourselves and what impression it gives
• Befriend the imposter

Session 2: The Financial Planning Career Path – Wednesday 9 August

This session will be a panel session, interviewing the follow four women, each at different points of their career:

• Jessica Dean: Gwen Fletcher Award Winner, recently completed her PY
• Dawn Thomas CFP®: Financial Adviser, Chair of Inspire, Multiple Award Winner
• Julie Matheson CFP®: Director of the FAAA
• Amber Dillon CFP®: Senior Financial Adviser of Barns Financial Services

Session 3: How to build your referral network and online presence – Wednesday 13 September

We all know how essential a referral network and your online presence can be! Megan Macneill will look at how to build relationships and grow a network using technics, including LinkedIn.

Session 4: Running a successful financial planning business – Wednesday 18 October

In this session, hear from a panel of key speakers about their journey of running a successful financial planning business. The panel includes business owners who have just started their practice, and seasoned owners, to selling your business. This event will be moderated by Sue Viskovic, founder and Managing director of Elixir Consulting.

CPD Hours will be awarded per session.
