Navigating the Professional Year (PY) can seem overwhelming at first brush with the program. From finding the right firm as a PY candidate, understanding how to approach it as an employer, or knowing how to structure its core milestones; there are many considerations throughout PY that you must be across. However, it is an experience that you don’t have to go through alone.

In this session, members of the FAAA Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) will explore the core requirements as part of PY, clarify some of the misconceptions about PY, and answer your burning questions from those undertaking the PY across different firms and stages of the PY.
