The FPA Ballarat Chapter Committee invites you to join in with your friends, colleagues and clients at the FPA Ballarat Chapter Future2 Golf Day on St Patrick’s Day Friday, 17 March 2017 at The Ballarat Golf Club.
The format of the day will be Four Person Team Ambrose. Each team will consist of one (1) planner, two (2) guests/clients and a one (1) BDM sponsor (to be allocated by the Chapter Committee).
Planners must book a team of three (3) using the below booking form. The fourth player on the team will be a BDM sponsor, which will be allocated by the Chapter Committee.
