In this presentation we take a look at some new ‘alternative’ investments in commercial property, what sectors are facing headwinds, and where the opportunities lie for investors going forward.

We will also look at some longer term analysis of the property sector which will provide an insight into property for portfolio construction, and the lessons learnt from institutional investors regarding volatility and the quest for yield.
