The FPA Far North Coast Chapter Committee invites you to a Member Seminar event on Friday 1 September, at Southern Cross University.

This event will hear from two speakers, Andy Marshall, National Manager at IOOF Alliances and Lana Clark, Speaker, Coach and Consultant at Elixir Consulting.

Andy Marshall will be linking into the event remotely and will present ‘Solving for Value – Attracting and Engaging Clients. In this presentation we will look at what client engagement Practices are doing better and more consistently than their peers and will equip you with a template to guide conversations and engagement, that can become a mini-MBA strategy for your business.

Lana Clark will present on ‘Adviser Pricing Models’ and will share with you data from research that removes the mystery around pricing and showcases the models that work, provide solutions to the challenges faced by most advisers, and offers insights into the pricing advice process. By the end of the session you will have an understanding of the trends and pricing models being used by your peers in the Australian advice profession.
