Peter is the Executive Chairman of Elston Group Pty Ltd. Elston is one of Australia’s largest privately owned Financial Services businesses with offices throughout Queensland, NSW and ACT.

Elston is a leader in SMSF asset management and strategic advice being one of the few firms combining expertise in Managed Accounts and financial advice.

As part of his role Peter is involved in the acquisition of new businesses and recruiting new advisers to Elston.  He has managed numerous acquisitions ranging from $20M to $150M in FUA and the structure of Elston has seen him develop unique succession planning solutions which are generally not offered by the larger institutional acquirers.
