There has been much media coverage on retirement villages in recent times. To help shed light on what can be a confusing area, we are delighted to welcome back Rachel Lane, Principal of Aged Care Gurus to share her expert knowledge. Rachel’s session on Aged Care last year was our most popular Chapter event.

This time Rachel will discuss aspects of moving into a retirement community: from selling your home to finding the retirement community, the different forms of legal contract and financial arrangements and the impacts on pension entitlement.
