FPA Sydney Chapter Women in Wealth Networking Breakfast

October 17, '18 - 8:30 am
October 17, '18 - 11:00 am
Macquarie Bank, Conference Room 1 & 2
1 Shelley Street, Sydney, Australia

The FPA Sydney Chapter invite you to this year’s FPA Women in Wealth networking breakfast – an unmissable opportunity to hear from peace advocate Dr Gill Hicks, who miraculously survived the 2005 London Underground bombings.

Gill was pulled from the wreckage with such severe injuries that she was not expected to live. She lost both her legs below the knee.

In 2007, Gill founded the not for profit organisation M.A.D. for Peace, a platform that connects people globally and encourages ‘us’ to think of Peace as a Verb, something that we have an individual responsibility to ‘do’ every day.

Gill is considered to be one of the world’s most thought-provoking, powerful and life-affirming speakers. You don’t want to miss your opportunity to hear her story at first-hand. All are welcome to attend.

Tickets to this event include complimentary access for your mentee, young planner or student to join you. Please provide the name of your guest, their email, organisation or University to [email protected].

FPA Women in Wealth is presented in partnership with Financial Executive Women (FEW) and is designed to advance the progression of and mentorship opportunities for women in financial planning.
