The Townsville Chapter committee invites you to an FPA FASEA Update and Aged Care refresher seminar on Thursday 12 April at the CQ University Campus.

Aged Care, love it or hate it, is a topic that Financial Planners will inevitably face questions about from an ageing population.

Join FPA regular Mark Hargreaves of Department of Human Services, for an Aged Care refresher on ‘Understanding Aged Care Costs’. This presentation will shy away from some of the more technical elements, and focus on giving Financial Planners a basic overview of the Aged Care rules including common examples and how Centrelink can assist.

Ben Marshan CFP®, Head of Policy at the Financial Planning Association will also appear live via Zoom with an update on FASEA.

This will be followed by a brief Q&A session and morning tea.
