After last year’s successful inaugural event the Brisbane Chapter is excited to announce they are again hosting the Future2 State of Origin Luncheon. The Lunch will be held on Wednesday 11 July at Blackbird, Eagle Street Pier, Brisbane City to coincide with the 3rd State of Origin that night.

This Lunch will have high profile speakers, during a quality sit down luncheon, while networking with up to 170 plus industry peers with all profits from the event will go towards Future2, the Foundation of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

We anticipate that the event will sell out again so don’t miss out.

This year’s event will include a panel of football legends lead by former NSW Blues great Tommy Raudonikis OAM and former QLD Maroon legend Chris ‘Choppy’ Close. Both played in the inaugural SOO series. Greg Conescu, the great Maroon and Australian hooker will also be on the panel along with Anthony Laffranchi former Australian Kangaroos and NSW Blues legend. To keep the men apart will be the former referee and current CEO of the Titans Graham Annesley.

Entertainment will be provided by Denis “That’s in Queensland” Carnahan.

This event will support the Future2 Foundation, the Foundation of the Australian Financial Planning Association with all fundraising from this event going towards Future2, that supports financially under-privileged young Australians between 12-25 years of age. There will be many opportunities throughout the event to help support this worthwhile cause.
