This is not just another presentation on directors’ duties. Rather, our host Chris Kintis will be facilitating a workshop where participants will be prompted through common case examples, and engage in discussion to better facilitate an understanding of the key issues involved with director issues and shareholder disputes.

The workshop will be bolstered through the presentation provided by Bill Hassos, Regional Manager – Financial Lines Pacific at Allianz Australia Limited. Bill has significant experience in dealing with directors and officers insurance and will be able to give you practical observations around D&O insurance from an insurer’s perspective.
