Michael has spent the last few years representing fellow advisers through the AFA at National Board level and previously played a major role in building the AFA’s GenXt community in Queensland.

Throughout this time Michael has successfully completed a business succession plan to succeed his father becoming the sole director of Nowak Financial Services whilst simultaneously re-engineering the business framework to reflect a robust client focussed advice practice.
