At this event you will hear from keynote speaker, Avril Henry – a consultant, business and career coach, mentor and author, who is passionate about generational, gender and cultural diversity, developing collaborative leaders and positive workplaces.

Avril will talk about the Leader of the Future! What will it take to lead the workforce today and in the future? Do you have the characteristics to be a leader of the future?

Globalisation, technology and change have created an uncertain future, which will present new and unique challenges for leaders who will be leading a more multi-generational, culturally diverse and gender equal workplace. People today have much higher expectations of their leaders and their organisations than ever before. Leadership can and must be learned to enable agile, sustainable organisations that can survive and thrive in the future. Understanding what motivates each generation will enable greater attraction, recruitment and retention of both good employees and good clients.
