This session will provide financial advisers with the skills to manage and nurture their existing client relationships, allowing for sustained practice growth irrespective of client’s investment returns. The session will cover aspects of human behavioural science, and provide details on how to earn client trust, build rapport, and navigate highly emotional clients.

The session will also teach advisors how to provide strategic value for their clients, demonstrating value well beyond that of their advice fees, and resulting in long-term client retention. To ensure that expert advice is never lost in translation, this session will also cover client communication in detail.
