Take the handbrake off your success is designed to help you and your team members be even more remarkable in your workplace and contribute to business growth. The series will:

• Enable you to learn about your mindset and question whether it supports your career or business aspirations
• Help you understand the value you bring to the table and to address the beliefs that may be holding you back
• Provide practical, simple tools to ensure you communicate effectively, whether it’s about going after an opportunity or effectively handling something we all find uncomfortable – conflict.

At each session, you’ll hear from a panel of women in financial planning who’ll share their career stories, how they have overcome their challenges and the lessons they’ve learnt. You’ll also receive downloadable activities and a workbook to use and to share with your team.
