Allyson Carlile
MetLife has announced the appointment of Allyson Carlile as Head of People and Culture for its Australian business. Based in Sydney, Ms Carlile reports to Deanne Stewart, CEO MetLife Australia, and brings over 15 years of people management experience.
Ms Carlile joins MetLife from NAB Asset Management where she previously held the position as Head of People. Prior to her role at NAB, Ms Carlile also held a number of executive and senior positions at leading blue-chip financial organisations including Westpac, Barclays Global Investors and BT Financial Group.
Commenting on the new appointment Deanne Stewart, CEO MetLife Australia, said: “Creating a world class work environment remains a high priority for MetLife.
