AFA empowers consumers to discover the transformative power of advice

The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) has launched the Your Best Interests e-Magazine (YBI e-Mag), a consumer-focused online publication for AFA members to use with their clients and potential clients.
AFA CEO Phil Kewin said the aim of the publication is to help advisers educate consumers on the transformative power of financial advice.
“More and more Australians are realising they need to secure a financial future but they are not always sure how to go about it,” he said. “The YBI e-Mag is designed to help bridge that gap, to create awareness and start people on a journey towards discovering their own goals and objectives.”
Written by leading AFA advisers and industry experts, the YBI e-Mag showcases how setting financial goals, identifying risks and structuring a plan is the key to ensuring financial and ultimately personal wellbeing.
“The magazine contains informative articles and tips from our experts, practising advisers who also answer reader questions and offer real world stories on how to budget better, save for the future, protect against the unknown and discover the key drivers to financial health,” Mr Kewin said.
The YBI e-Mag, which has been designed to work in conjunction with the YBI content hub, is mobile-optimised for reading on the go, will be published 11 times a year and is available for use by all AFA members.
