ANZ Wealth’s OneCare life insurance is now available through Macquarie Wrap, making it accessible to more advisers.
OneCare gives advisers access to a comprehensive range of insurance covers that can be tailored for clients’ needs during different stages of their life – all under one policy.
Commenting on the arrangement, Gerard Kerr, Head of Life Insurance at ANZ Wealth said, “Making OneCare accessible through Macquarie Wrap not only brings the benefits of this flexible solution to more advisers, it also allows advisers and their clients to view OneCare policies alongside investments and super in one central place.
“We’re committed to supporting our advisers with products and tools that help their clients meet their goals, particularly as client needs change. We made a number of enhancements to OneCare in recent years and remain committed to investing in the product,” he said.
Recent enhancements to OneCare include:
- Pre-Assessment Wizard, a market-first which gives advisers a fast indicative pre-assessment of common medical conditions to help set client expectations upfront.
- OneView Life, continual improvement for viewing client’s insurance applications in progress and inforce covers in the one place, and weekly reporting on clients’ policies which are due for renewal or are at risk of lapsing.
- Data feeds from OneCare into XPLAN to help advisers save time.
- Improvements to our claims process for a simpler and more personal experience. For the second year running, OnePath has won the Best Turnaround Time Award at the 2017 Consumer Choice Awards.
