
Andrew Morrison
Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG, ASX: JHG) has announced the appointment of Andrew Morrison as Global Head of Client Experience. Andrew will be based in London and report to John Groneman, Global Distribution Chief Operating Officer.
In his role, Andrew will lead the development and delivery of Janus Henderson’s client experience strategy across the globe to ensure the company maintains its high standards, whilst collaborating with both clients and leaders from across the business to design new and differentiated enhancements. He will ensure that there is a persistent focus on delivering excellent client outcomes, aligned with the firm’s strategy of Simple Excellence.
Andrew brings 20 years’ experience in financial services, most recently at Aviva Investors where he was Head of Client Experience, prior to this he held positions at Capgemini and Allianz Insurance.
