Morgans appoints private client adviser

Morgans Financial Limited (Morgans) has appointed Celia Carroll to the role of private client adviser. Ms Carroll will be based in Brisbane and report to executive general manager for the Milton and Springfield-Ipswich businesses, Anne Germon.

Ms Carroll has 26 years of financial services experience, and was most recently a senior partner at Findex, where she specialised in providing financial advice to family office and multigenerational client groups.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New England, and a Diploma of Financial Planning and Services degree from Deakin University. She also is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Commenting on the appointment, Ms Germon said Ms Carroll’s long history and strong experience in financial services will support the continuing growth in demand for Morgans wealth advisory services and will boost the support available for existing Queensland clients.

“Ms Carroll will be responsible for providing comprehensive wealth advice for clients across every life stage. She has a proven track record of client collaboration to ensure that all aspects of their financial position are well understood, well positioned and protected.

“During her 26 years as a financial adviser, Celia has developed expertise in the areas of retirement and estate planning, superannuation advice (including self-managed super funds), wealth management and investment advice.

“Celia’s skill and expertise are a good fit for the broader Morgans team.

“The new appointment comes at a time of substantial growth for Morgans Milton and Springfield-Ipswich and with increased demand from Queensland-based clients, the time was right for this appointment in our business.”

Ms Carroll commenced with Morgans in February 2022.
