The AFA turns to technology to better connect with its members
The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) continues to deliver new technology to keep connected with its members.
Over the past 8 months the AFA have created their social media community via twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, delivered iPhone and Android applications at their National Conference and developed online registrations for some events. This week, the AFA are excited to unveil their brand new AFA website (www.afa.asn.au).
AFA CEO, Richard Klipin, said we’ve completely rebuilt the website from the ground-up, with the intention of providing members with the latest industry news, AFA event dates and more in an easy to navigate way. Relevant information for members need can be found under our four new brand pillars: Voice, Leadership, Community and Education. Further to this, Mr Klipin said in the near future the AFA are going to provide members online member access for more control over their profile, forums and blogs to allow members to comment on industry related topics and threaded conversations and full online event registration capabilities.
As the AFA grows, they are committed to leading, supporting and inspiring members by delivering better access to insight and expertise via online content, their social media platforms and various events.
Their new membership campaign slogan is: ‘Your Future, Your Voice, Your Association’. Visit the new AFA website to find out more about the AFA and the work they do within the financial advice community.
