Lonsec has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting financial advisers by making Target Market Determinations (TMDs) for the funds they rate available via their iRate® platform.
Lonsec CEO Mike Wright says, ‘As a distributor under Design, Distribution Obligations (DDO), we are only required to collect TMDs from product issuers, but as a business that is committed to helping Advisers and their clients, we want to make the TMDs available via our iRate® platform.’
Lonsec are working with Product Issuers to collect TMDs for all products they rate and will make these TMDs available as soon as possible after the DDO implementation date of 5 October.
