FAAA announces winner of Gwen Fletcher Memorial Award for semester 1
Ne (Stacy) Guo of Morrows Private Wealth in Melbourne is the winner of the Gwen Fletcher Memorial Award for Semester 1 2026.
Guo is an associate adviser at Morrows Private Wealth, joining in 2017, with a background in accounting, taxation, SMSFs and financial planning, and is a chartered accountant and SMSF specialist.
Guo says the award reflects her commitment to developing her expertise and knowledge in financial planning to better assist her clients.
“I’m incredibly honoured to receive the Gwen Fletcher Award. Coming from an accounting, tax and SMSF background, the CFP® Certification Program has been a meaningful step in broadening the way I approach financial advice. It has helped me connect technical knowledge with each client’s broader goals and long-term outcomes.
“This recognition is a wonderful encouragement as I continue to grow as an adviser and deliver advice that is both technically strong and genuinely client-centred.”
Named after the late ‘First Lady of Financial Planning’, the award is presented by the FAAA and recognises the highest performing student in the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Certification Unit (CFP C) for each semester, with demonstrable dedication to providing high-quality financial advice.
